Since the community’s “Lights On” event in December there has been a flurry of activity by Cadence’s builders.

In addition to the four model homes from Woodside Homes that are currently open, the builder has four more models under construction in its Chelsea and Park Place neighborhoods. The homes range from 2,325 to 3,151 square feet. The Chelsea neighborhood also features a single-story option.

Ryland Homes is starting construction on its Monroe and Huntington neighborhoods, which feature two-story and three-story homes. These homes also include the builder’s Signature Rooftop Decks, giving homeowners a great view of the Strip and surrounding mountains.

Grading has begun on two other parcels of land where Richmond American Homes will construct two neighborhoods, Crescendo and Symphony. Crescendo will feature single-story homes while Symphony will feature two-story homes.

Not to be outdone, Lennar is grading lots at its Heritage at Cadence active adult community. There will be nearly 20 different floor plans available and a 20,000-square-foot recreation center.
