Cadence is a master planned community in Henderson, Nev. With 2,200 acres of homes, parks, trails, and an urban core with retail and office space. The community is located off Lake Mead Parkway mere minutes from the Lake Mead Recreational Area yet still close to America First Center in Henderson (practice facility for the AHL Henderson Silver Knights), Harry Reid International Airport, and the Las Vegas Strip.
Upon buildout, Cadence will include up to 12,250 residential units and 1.1 million square feet of commercial space.
Cadence is designed to be an open, inclusive community with less walls and barriers between neighborhoods. There are nearly 450 acres of open space including parks and trails, tree-lined streets, and sidewalks through the community to increase walkability.
At the heart of the community is the nearly 50-acre Central Park, which is the centerpiece of Cadence. Central Park serves as the gathering spot for residents and their guests and offers picnic areas, two amphitheaters, playground, adventure playground, splash pads, pickleball courts, a fitness court, and pavilion.

Beyond reclaiming an a scenic expanse of land that was vacant for decades in the heart of Henderson with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley, Cadence combines the best of yesterday and a small-town sense of community with modern amenities for an active lifestyle close to city amenities.
Cadence works with multiple builders that offer varying home styles and designs that are unique to the Las Vegas Valley.
Homes range from 1,300 to 4,425 square feet; feature single-story homes and two-story homes and townhomes and duplexes; from two bedrooms up to five bedrooms; three-car garages; and lots that will fit a pool, barbeque, fire pit, or other backyard amenities.
Additionally, Lennar is building Heritage at Cadence, an age-qualified neighborhood for active adults age 55+. Heritage at Cadence features various home styles as well as dog parks and a 23,000-square-foot recreation center with fitness room, indoor and outdoor pools, bocce ball courts, pickleball courts, card tables, and much more.

This is primarily dependent on the lot size and home type. Pools are allowed in Cadence with approval from the Design Review Committee. Cadence residents can also take advantage of the Cadence Central Park Pool open between May 1 and October 31.

The initial groundbreaking for Cadence was in August 2013 and the community began sales in December 2014. Home sales and retail development will be released in multiple phases.
Cadence features a wide range of housing and pricing options, from townhomes to a varied mix of single-family residences. Home prices vary from the $300,000s to the $700,000s.
