RCLCO Real Estate Advisors ranked Cadence the 12th Top Selling master planned community in the country at mid-year. Cadence has sold 334 new homes so far this year, a 45 percent increase from 2017.

Cadence offers a variety of home types and amenities buyers are looking for when considering a new home. The 2,200-acre community offers free Wi-Fi in Central Park, a free bike share program, pool, splash pad, and fitness court to name a few amenities.

“We’re happy to be ranked 12th but even happier that homebuyers are choosing Cadence when buying a home,” said Cheryl Gowan, vice president for The LandWell Company, the developer of Cadence. “As the developer, we have been very particular about not only amenities but also on the design and vision for Cadence.”

That includes tree-lined streets and fewer walls around neighborhoods unlike many other Southern Nevada communities.

“We want to create a community where residents feel comfortable walking around the community or riding a bicycle,” Gowan noted. “Cadence is designed with the complete streets concept meaning streets are designed for pedestrians and cyclists, then motor vehicles.”Toccata streetscape in Cadence

When it comes to choosing a home, there are many options. Cadence offers single- and two-story homes and even has some three-story homes with rooftop decks available.

Homebuilders include Woodside Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Lennar. Lennar offers two communities in Cadence – Heritage by Lennar, an age-qualified neighborhood, and Monroe, which offers three-story homes. Additional builders are slated to be announced in early fall.Crescendo streetscape in Cadence
