Lennar’s first Monroe neighborhood inside Cadence created quite the buzz and sold out in no time. In recent months, Lennar announced its second Monroe II community at Cadence, boasting the same, popular floor plans and values.
And now, the homes are in the final stages of being built.
Prospective buyers are invited to a unique hard hat tour event of the newest Monroe II homes on Saturday, Sept. 8 from 10 a.m. to noon. The event is open to the public and guests are encouraged to call 702-821-4850 to secure their hard hat prior to the tour date.
An additional perk of partaking in the event? Attendees may also take advantage of pre-grand opening pricing.
Starting in the mid-$300s, Monroe is a 75-residence neighborhood located near the intersection of Warm Springs Road and Water Street. Floor plans include the Sunset, Midnight and Twilight, which feature up
to four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two-car garages.
The 2,036 to 2,317-square feet, three-story homes include amenities such as sophisticated kitchens with large counter space, tree-lined streets, luxurious master suites and panoramic, vista views of the Las Vegas Strip. And, as icing on the Monroe II cake, rooftop decks are included at no additional cost.
Monroe II by Lennar joins existing neighborhoods at Cadence by builders Richmond American Homes and Woodside Homes, as well as active adult community, Heritage by Lennar.
Upon completion, the greater Cadence community will span 2,200 acres and feature 13,250 homes. Full details on the current and forthcoming homes from Cadence’s builders may be accessed at the Cadence Home Finding Center, just off Lake Mead Parkway at Sunset Road. The Home Finding Center is the perfect starting point for a Cadence home search, offering an interactive and approachable journey deep into all of the various home options Cadence has to offer.
Cadence is just minutes from the Galleria Mall at Sunset, The District at Green Valley Ranch, Cowabunga Bay Water Park, St. Rose Dominican Hospitals and several retail centers and restaurants.
