Ryland Homes hosting “Howl at the Moon” event Oct. 3

Ryland Homes is hosting a “Howl at the Moon” event Saturday, Oct. 3, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Cadence. The event will showcase models in Ryland’s Huntington and Monroe collections. This will be the perfect time to fully experience Ryland’s Signature Rooftop Decks and check out the view of the valley from Cadence.

The Huntington collection features two-story homes ranging from 1,942 to 2,300 square feet. These homes offer three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and two-car garages. The Signature Rooftop Deck is an option in these models. Prices start at $247,990.

The Monroe collection features three-story homes ranging from 2,200 to 2,500 square feet and come with the Signature Rooftop Deck as a standard feature. The homes include three bedrooms and up to 3.5 baths, and two-car garages. Prices start at $254,990.
