Press Release:
Sewer work to affect McCormick Road in Henderson
Jan. 3, 2014
HENDERSON, NEV. – Cadence, a 2,200-acre community in Henderson, continues to take shape.
Sewer lines will be installed on McCormick Road north of Galleria Drive. As a result, a portion of McCormick Road will be open to one lane of traffic from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Jan. 3 to Jan. 20. For safety reasons, road crews will be out directing traffic. McCormick Road will be open to two lanes during the evening hours and on weekends.
Residents of the Weston Hills community are encouraged to allow sufficient time, particularly during morning commutes, to proceed through this work area.
As construction on the Cadence community progresses, plans call for the extension of Galleria Drive through Pabco Road, giving Weston Hills residents an additional access point to Boulder Highway.
