In addition to our 50-acre Central Park, Cadence will be home to several pocket parks in various neighborhoods throughout the community. The pocket parks are already available in two Woodside Homes neighborhoods, Chelsea and Park Place.
These smaller parks provide even easier access to play areas.
“It’s important for residents to have a place to go where they can enjoy the outdoors and meet their neighbors. This provides a sense of community,” explains Cheryl Persinger, vice president of marketing for Cadence.
The pocket parks are close to homes and provide a space for children to play, people to walk their dogs, or simply sit and read a book.
