(HENDERSON, NEV.) — DeCadence, the Valley’s newest food festival offering tasty offerings from Henderson restaurants complemented by one-of-a-kind views of the Las Vegas Strip, will hit the picturesque Cadence community on Saturday, September 24 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. To be held at Cadence’s Central Park, the event is presented in conjunction with media sponsor Greenspun Media Group.

The family-friendly event is open to the public with free admission to the festival grounds and ample, complimentary on-site parking. Families and children can also enjoy Cadence’s playground area and splash pad throughout the festivities. Dishes and bites from participating restaurants as well as wristbands for beer and wine tasting (for guests 21 years and older) will be available for purchase.

Participating Henderson restaurants (to date) include: Rachel’s Kitchen, Borracha Mexican Cantina, Tucky’s BBQ, Bottiglia, Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis, Emerald Island Grille, Café Fiesta, Pasta Cucina, Oyster Bar, Sonoma Cellar, Sonrisa Grill, Amigo’s Mexican Cantina and Essence & Herbs, with a beer tasting by Cocktail City LV.

“Henderson is a wonderful place to live and work – and eat,” said Mark Paris, CEO of Cadence developer The LandWell Company. “We hope DeCadence will help new, old and potential residents to discover a few of the many reasons why. Bring your friends, meet your neighbors and enjoy a day outside in our beautiful Central Park, overlooking nearby mountains and the Las Vegas Strip.”

Cadence is Southern Nevada’s first master planned community to break ground in a decade and, upon completion, will boast more than 13,250 homes across 2,200 acres. For more information about DeCadence, visit www.CadenceNV.com or call 702-558-9366.
