In response to the success of its three existing Cadence communities, Richmond American Homes has purchased two more parcels of land, nearly 31 acres, in Cadence with sales set to begin in summer 2017.
New neighborhood Encore’s 49 single-story homes will range from 2,050 to 2,550 square feet and offer three to five bedrooms, exceptional kitchens, and front courtyards.
At Sonatina, Richmond American will build 151 two-story homes ranging from 1,800 to 2,300 square feet. Homes will include three bedrooms with options for up to five bedrooms, lofts and master bedroom suites.
Encore and Sonatina empower buyers to personalize a home to suit their needs. Variations include studies, deluxe master bathrooms, covered patios, formal dining rooms, and walk-in pantries.
At Cadence, Richmond American Homes offers standard features such as ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, granite kitchen counter tops and maple cabinets. The builder also provides full appliance packages. Paver-stone driveways add to the Richmond American Homes in Cadence curb appeal.
Richmond American Homes is currently selling homes in three neighborhoods in Cadence – Crescendo, Symphony, and Toccata.
Crescendo is a single-story neighborhood with only a handful of lots remaining. Homes range from 2,000 to 2,550 square feet and start in the low $300s.
“This has been by far one of the best-selling neighborhoods in Cadence and we are thrilled to offer a similar product in summer 2017,” said Nicole Bloom, division president for Richmond American Homes. “Our Symphony neighborhood is also selling quickly, with more than half the homesites already sold.”
Symphony is a two-story neighborhood ranging from 1,800 to 2,300 square feet. Homes start in mid $200s.
Recently opened Toccata is also off to a quick start. Toccata offers single-story homes ranging from 1,750 to 2,150 square feet, three to four bedrooms and nine-foot ceilings. Homes start in the upper $200s.
“We sold the first home in Toccata before models were even open,” said Bloom. “These homes are most popular with buyers who are looking to downsize yet still want an amazing home with the amenities Cadence offers such as a free bike share program and free Wi-Fi in Central Park.”
Cadence homeowners also enjoy access to the four-lane lap pool and colorful 2,000-square-foot splash pad, with an adventure park, pickle ball court, dog parks and the second phase of the 50-acre central park all opening in 2017. The community will eventually feature 450 acres of open space, including 30 acres of trails and a 100-acre sports park. The affordable $35 HOA with no SID and no LID hosts exclusive resident activities like wine and canvas nights and family-friendly movies under the stars.
