Richmond American Homes is currently selling homes in three neighborhoods in Cadence – Crescendo, Symphony, and Toccata.

Crescendo is a single-story neighborhood with only a handful of lots remaining. Homes range from 2,000 to 2,550 square feet and start in the low $300s.

“This has been by far one of the best-selling neighborhoods in Cadence and we are thrilled to offer a similar product in summer 2017,” said Nicole Bloom, division president for Richmond American Homes. “Our Symphony neighborhood is also selling quickly, with more than half the homesites already sold.”

Symphony is a two-story neighborhood ranging from 1,800 to 2,300 square feet. Homes start in mid $200s.

Recently opened Toccata is also off to a quick start. Toccata offers single-story homes ranging from 1,750 to 2,150 square feet, three to four bedrooms and nine-foot ceilings. Homes start in the upper $200s.

“We sold the first home in Toccata before models were even open,” said Bloom. “These homes are most popular with buyers who are looking to downsize yet still want an amazing home with the amenities Cadence offers such as a free bike share program and free Wi-Fi in Central Park.”

Cadence homeowners also enjoy access to the four-lane lap pool and colorful 2,000-square-foot splash pad, with an adventure park, pickle ball court, dog parks and the second phase of the 50-acre central park all opening in 2017. The community will eventually feature 450 acres of open space, including 30 acres of trails and a 100-acre sports park. The affordable $35 HOA with no SID and no LID hosts exclusive resident activities like wine and canvas nights and family-friendly movies under the stars.
