Cadence recently unveiled its new pool complex, which features a six-lane lap pool, 2,000-square-foot splash pad and unparalleled views the Strip.
Cadence is a 2,200-acre planned community in Henderson with four homebuilders currently offering a variety of homestyles.
“Our residents have been looking forward to the opening of the pool. It is already a big hit with those looking to escape the summer heat,” said Cheryl Persinger, spokesperson for Cadence. “Residents also have access to picnic tables and a grassy area, which is great for picnics.”
The pool is only accessible to residents of Cadence, who must show a resident card to gain access. The pool complex is just one of many amenities Cadence residents enjoy.
The community also features free Wi-Fi in Central Park and a free bike share program. Residents can also take part in many events such as Movie in the Park and Wine and Canvas.
Cadence offers a full range of amenities, all for a $35 a month Homeowners Association (HOA) assessment. There are no SIDS/LIDS in Cadence either, making the Henderson community an affordable new home option for buyers.
“The events are a way for residents to get to know one another,” added Persinger. “When residents know one another a bond is formed, strengthening the entire community.”
To this end, Cadence also features fewer walls than seen in most Southern Nevada neighborhoods, creating opportunities for residents to meet their neighbors.
Homes in Cadence range from the mid $200s to the mid $400s and features homebuilders including Woodside Homes, Richmond American Homes, CalAtlantic Homes and Lennar. Other homebuilders are slated to join Cadence in the coming months. Currently there are 27 models available for viewing.
