It’s time to #FindYourCadence
Join us on Saturday, May 16 to “Find Your Cadence” – a lively celebration, showcasing the community’s amenities, features, expansive views and distinctive energy. The event is open to the public and will be held from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Home Finding Center
Beginning at our Home Finding Center, event attendees will receive a map to the community, offering information on what is currently available and what is planned. During the event at the Home Finding Center, there will also be complimentary popcorn, photo opportunities and a live broadcast from Mix 94.1 FM’s J.C. Fernandez.
Cadence Central Park
Cadence’s Central Park will also serve as a focal point of “Find Your Cadence,” featuring entertainment and family-friendly games like Connect Four, Jenga and Cornhole. We’ll also have food trucks, music and more! Seating will be available at Cadence’s Central Park for families to enjoy the activities as well as take in a one-of-a-kind view of the Las Vegas Strip.
Find Your Cadence BINGO!
Don’t forget to play “Find Your Cadence Bingo” for a chance to win many prizes and Cadence Cash! Cadence Cash can be redeemed at the food trucks on the day of the event only. Get Blackout Bingo (coverall) and enter into a raffle for a chance to win Rock in Rio tickets for May 16.
Cadence Smart Bikes
Find your dream home as you walk through each one of our models or tour our lovely community in a whole new way with our Cadence Smart Bikes. All you have to do is register here to receive an account number and pin code. Once you register you’ll be ready to enjoy our community by bike. Our Bike Share program is free and you must be 16 years-of-age or older to ride. Don’t forget your helmet!
