Cadence broke ground on its community pool on Feb. 20. Cadence residents and homebuyers joined in the event and received a first-hand look at the amazing views from the pool and splash pad.
The complex, to be located in Cadence’s Central Park, features a dedicated drop-off area and arrival plaza, a lap pool and a colorful 2,000-square-foot splash pad for children.
The pool and surrounding community amenities will have unobstructed, panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, providing a unique and scenic venue for Cadence residents. In addition to the pool complex, future phases of Central Park will include an expanded children’s play area, a dog park and other amenities, based on feedback from Cadence residents.
The pool and splash pad are scheduled to open summer 2016.
