Heritage by Lennar, an active adult community, is hosting a Grand Opening celebration on Saturday, Jan. 30, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Six model homes
will be available for viewing and attendees will have a chance to win a 70-inch television, just in time for the big game!
Heritage is a guard-gated community with 19 different home floor plans, including one that offers an oversize garage for RV parking. Several production homes have been built and are ready for quick move-in.
The community also features a 23,000-square-foot recreation center that will have indoor and outdoor pools, billiards, craft rooms, bocce ball, and even a cafe.
