Woodside Homes now building on new parcels; Ryland Homes grading and prepping land

HENDERSON, NEV. – New model home options will soon be available at Cadence, a 2,200-acre planned community located in Henderson.

Woodside Homes, with existing models open and available near the Cadence Home Finding Center, has model homes now under construction on their second and third parcels, which will eventually host 166 lots. The new home collections – Chelsea and Park Place – are priced in the $300s and will range from 2,400-2,700 square feet and 2,240-3,280 square feet. Woodside will also offer a single-story home option.

Ryland Homes is currently preparing their first parcel of land for construction of several model home options – offering two collections of homes unique to Cadence. The Monroe collection offers four floor plans of three-story homes from 2,251-2,551 square feet each with the homebuilder’s Signature Rooftop Deck. The Huntington collection includes two-story homes from 1,939-2,400 square feet with the homebuilder’s Rooftop Deck option. These homes will be priced in the mid $200s.

Richmond American Homes and the active adult community Heritage by Lennar will deliver model homes at Cadence later this year.

The Cadence Home Finding Center is open from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekends, and is located at 1170 E. Sunset Road in Henderson. From I-215 E, continue until it turns into Lake Mead Parkway. Pass through E. Warm Springs Road and the Home Finding Center is on the left at the intersection of Sunset Road and Lake Mead Parkway.
