Richmond American Homes has purchased two parcels of land in Cadence, the 2,200-acre master planned community being developed by The LandWell Company. Richmond American Homes is building 221 homes on two parcels of land spanning 34 acres.
“The addition of Richmond American Homes to the Cadence community gives prospective homebuyers yet another quality homebuilder to choose from,” noted Mark Paris, CEO and president of The LandWell Company. “The two Richmond American Homes neighborhoods have the added benefit of being close to our future elementary school site and parks, which is great for young families.”
Cadence features four homebuilders – Richmond American Homes, Woodside Homes, Ryland Homes and Lennar – providing a broad cross-section of architecture, square footage and home amenities to homebuyers. Lennar is building an active adult community and is beginning construction on its 17,000-square foot recreation center.
Richmond American Homes will build two neighborhoods in Cadence. The first includes 138 home sites with two-story homes ranging from 1,800 square feet to 2,200 square feet and featuring courtyard entryways.
The second Richmond American Homes neighborhood includes 83 home sites with single-story homes ranging from 2,050 square feet to 2,555 square feet.
