The LandWell Company announces the addition of Ryland Homes to its 2,200-acre community, Cadence, in Henderson. Ryland Homes is building 179 homes on 19 acres of land.

“We’re pleased to have Ryland Homes join Cadence. Initially, Ryland will build two neighborhoods in our first phase,” commented Mark Paris, CEO and president of The LandWell Company, which is developing Cadence. “These two Ryland Homes neighborhoods will complement the other neighborhoods currently under construction by Woodside Homes.”

Ryland Homes along with homes from Woodside Homes, Lennar, and other soon-to-be-announced builders provides a broad cross-section of architecture, square footage and home amenities to homebuyers choosing to live in Cadence.

Ryland Homes will offer two collections of homes unique to Cadence. The Monroe collection offers four floor plans of three-story homes from 2,251 square feet to 2,551 square feet each with the homebuilder’s Signature Rooftop Deck. The Huntington collection includes two-story homes from 1,939 square feet to 2,400 square feet with the homebuilder’s Signature Rooftop Deck as an option.

Construction will begin later this year with home sales beginning in early 2015.

Cadence, when complete, will have 13,250 homes, 450 acres of open space including a 50-acre central park, 100-acre sports park and 30 acres of trails that will interconnect with regional trails such as the Las Vegas Wash Trail and the River Mountains Loop Trail. Additionally, Cadence will feature Wi-Fi availability in the public parks, a bike share program and many retail locations and office space.

Cadence is located in Henderson, Nev. off Lake Mead Parkway, east of Boulder Highway. More information can be found at www.cadencenv.com, on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/CadenceNV) or Twitter (@CadenceNV).
