Cadence Ranks in the Top 10 Best Selling Communities in U.S.

On the heels of celebrating its 5^th anniversary, Cadence was ranked in the top 10 best selling master planned communities in the U.S. by RCLCO Real Estate Advisors and John Burns Real Estate Consulting.

Cadence offers a variety of home styles and amenities. 2019 saw the addition of a new homebuilder, StoryBook Homes, and new home type by an existing homebuilder, Richmond American Homes. Other homebuilders include Toll Brothers, Woodside Homes, and Lennar. This year, more homebuilders will be announced providing an even bigger selection of homes to choose from.

“Cadence is home to nearly 2,000 families,” said Cheryl Gowan, spokesperson for Cadence. “The selection of home types along with the amenities are the reason more and more people are choosing Cadence.”

Amenities include 50-acre Central Park, free WiFi in the park, splash pads, a pool, pickleball courts, a Fitness Court, an adventure playground, and numerous events. Signature events held in Cadence include the Memorial Day “Walk to Remember,” Decadence, and the Summer Soiree series.
