Cadence once again was ranked 3rd in the nation for sales by RCLCO and John Burns Real Estate Consulting (JBREC) for 2025. The 2,200-acre master planned community in Henderson, NV reported 1,247 net sales for 2025.

Homes in Cadence range from 1,200 to more than 4,400 square feet and are priced from the mid $300,000s to nearly $800,000.
