Cadence hosting several spring events
Special events to celebrate model home openings and community milestones

HENDERSON, NEV. – This spring, two of the four initial builders at Cadence – Woodside Homes and Ryland Homes – will be celebrating the official grand openings in April of their individual model home complexes. Also on tap, Cadence will host a community-wide event in May, inviting prospective homebuyers to “Find Your Cadence.”
Woodside Homes will host a grand opening weekend celebration on Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, including food, drinks and the opportunity to explore Woodside’s eight contemporary models at Cadence.
Ryland Homes will host its grand opening event on Saturday, April 18 starting at 11 a.m. Tours of Ryland’s diverse models will be available and award-winning food truck Slidin’ Thru plans to visit the Cadence grounds.
Cadence, on Saturday, May 16 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., will host a “Find Your Cadence” event – welcoming future homeowners to explore the model homes by Woodside and Ryland, as well as experiencing firsthand the extensive amenities and features Cadence offers.
Beginning in Cadence’s Home Finding Center, event attendees will receive a map to the community, offering information on what is currently available and what is planned. During the event at the Home Finding Center there will also be an interactive photo booth, complimentary popcorn and a live broadcast from Mix 94.1’s J.C. Fernandez.
Cadence’s Central Park will serve as a focal point of “Find Your Cadence,” featuring entertainment, family-friendly games and a collection of food trucks selling items to event attendees. Guests may also visit all of Cadence’s model homes located throughout the community.
Richmond American Homes and the active adult community Heritage by Lennar will also be on-site to showcase what they will offer at Cadence later this year.
The Cadence Home Finding Center is open from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekends, and is located at 1170 E. Sunset Road in Henderson. From I-215 E, continue until it turns into Lake Mead Parkway. Pass through E. Warm Springs Road and the Home Finding Center is on the left at the intersection of Sunset Road and Lake Mead Parkway.
