New model homes are coming to Cadence. Richmond American Homes has frames up in its Symphony neighborhood and will begin construction on its Crescendo neighborhood soon.
Symphony
The neighborhood will offer two-story homes that will range from 1,800 to 2,300 square feet. The homes will offer between three and five bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and two car garages. All homes will also feature paver stone driveways.
Crescendo
Construction of this Richmond American Homes’ neighborhood will start soon. The neighborhood will feature single-story homes that range from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet.
