There are now 18 model homes in seven communities to tour at Cadence. Homebuilders include Woodside Homes, Ryland Homes and Richmond American Homes.
Lennar is also building in Cadence and will have models open later this year – see the “Only At Cadence” section of this newsletter for more details about what Lennar has in store.

Cadence offers single-, two- and, yes, three-story homes – some even including a rooftop deck. Homes range from 1,800 to 3,300 square feet and start in the mid-$200s. With some of the best builders offering new and exciting floor plans, there are several options of homes available to fit all lifestyles.
