Cadence was recently named one of the top best-selling master planned communities in the U.S. by RCLCO and John Burns Real Estate Consulting. Cadence placed No. 22 by RCLCO and No. 23 by John Burns.

Cadence continues to see steady sales with builders opening many new neighborhoods. Four builders are currently in Cadence – Woodside Homes, Richmond American Homes, CalAtlantic Homes, and Lennar.
Homes in Cadence range from 1,800 square feet to more than 3,500 square feet with prices starting in the mid $200s.

Another area where Cadence shines is in the amenities offered.
Cadence offers a free bike share program for residents and their guests. The program has more than 650 registered users and as the weather gets better more and more residents will be riding around the community.
Free Wi-Fi is another amenity residents enjoy. It is available in Cadence’s Central Park along with outlets to recharge devices.
