Henderson Community Hosts “Find Your Cadence” Celebration
Cadence showcases picturesque grounds and features at family-friendly event

HENDERSON, NEV. – Cadence, a planned 2,200-acre community in Henderson, will soon host “Find Your Cadence” – a lively and diverse celebration, showcasing the community’s amenities, features, expansive views and distinctive energy. “Find Your Cadence” is open to the public and scheduled for Saturday, May 16 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
“The Cadence landscape is evolving each day and we can’t wait for Southern Nevadans to experience first-hand everything that we have to offer,” said Cheryl Persinger, Vice President of Marketing of The LandWell Company. “We look forward to meeting our neighbors, their families and the prospective homebuyers that may soon call Cadence home.”
Beginning in Cadence’s Home Finding Center, event attendees will receive a map to the community, offering information on what is currently available and what is planned. During the event at the Home Finding Center, there will also be complimentary popcorn, photo opportunities and a live broadcast from Mix 94.1’s J.C. Fernandez.
Cadence’s Central Park will also serve as a focal point of “Find Your Cadence,” featuring entertainment, family-friendly games and food trucks selling items to event attendees. Seating will be available at Cadence’s Central Park for families to enjoy the activities as well as take in a one-of-a-kind view of the Las Vegas Strip.
Guests may also visit all of Cadence’s model homes, from Woodside Homes and Ryland Homes, located throughout the community. Richmond American Homes and the active adult community Heritage by Lennar will also be on-site to showcase what they will offer at Cadence later this year.
The Cadence Home Finding Center is located at 1170 E. Sunset Road in Henderson. From I-215 E, continue until it turns into Lake Mead Parkway. Pass through E. Warm Springs Road and the Home Finding Center is on the left at the intersection of Sunset Road and Lake Mead Parkway. Complimentary parking will be available for “Find Your Cadence” attendees.
